If sensitive, yes: I'm guessing that you mean putting baby powder in your underwear? If your skin and genitalia are sensitive to baby powder, it could irritate them and become more uncomfortable for you. I notice that you also deal with vaginal odor after intercourse -- please see your family or gyn doctor about this & the discharge. They may be related (bv can do this) and are treatable. Be well.

No: Vaginal discharge is usually due to one of several infections; yeast, bacterial or protozoal. The baby powder will not make the infections worse, but they certainly will not make them go away either. See your doctor about the discharge.
