Nutrition & exercise: Good nutrition & regular exercise are key to getting healthy. While mediterranean diet has most evidence supporting its benefits, it may not be applicable to all religions & cultures. But general principles are same. Be sure to expend more energy than you consume. Need to gradually lose fat weight in order to reveal abdominal muscles. Talk to your family doc to be sure you're otherwise healthy.
