Multiply weight x 10: A quick trick to see what you need to eat to maintain you weight is for women to multiply their weight x 10, or men to multiply it by 12. Example a 160 lb woman needs 160 x 10 or 1600 calorie to maintain weight, this does not take into account any exercise.
