How much daily cardio activity is recommended to burn fat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Whatever: You are comfortable with. Generally 30" of continuous activity at a moderate level is good for fat burning. Shorter periods of more intensive activity have also been shown to be effective. Whatever you are able to accomplish is much better than doing nothing. Obviously this all assumes you have no cardiac, pulmonary, orthopedic, BP or other problems that would make activity dangerous.
