A member asked:

Booster antigen can be neuterlized by antibody produced against previous vaccine, true?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. John Chiu answered

Unlikely: The booster antigen (vaccine) is used to stimulate your body to produce more antibody often up to several-folds. By the time you need a booster, there is usually marginal quantity of antibody against that antigen to bind it. Even if the antigen is bound by the antibody, the body may still recognize the complex as an antigen. Although theoretically possible, the effect would be minimal
