Congratulations: Be polite. Smile. Clean your station after you're done. Ask the folks who run the gym for guidance. Don't talk with people who seem intent on their workouts unless they want to socialize. Bring plenty of water. Strength from reps at maximum weight -- 3 sets of 10 each, do 3x/week each group. Admire others but don't stare. Remember you are giving yourself a wonderful gift.
