You are already: Underweight. Why do you want to lose more weight. The best way to eat is three meals/day. Eating one mea/day is counterproductive because your body goes into a conservation mode. Have you thought about discussing your weight obsession with a psychiatrist, because i'm worried you have an eating disorder.
