Lead with behavior: Waiting for ideal levels of motivation to begin to improve health is a trap for a lot of people. It isn't required! if you make a good, sustainable fitness plan, prepare to implement it, and start with minimal behaviors at the beginning and increase gradually, you'll succeed. But, people with eating disorders often do better with professional help. Please consider this first if possible.
