I've spent a whole month in bed. i sleep during the day 1pm - 8pm and stay awake all night. i wake up having no energy and lack of motivation, interest or appetite. what is wrong with me, what can i do to get back on myself again?

Sleep cycle: Your sleep cycle has been reversed. This may be from depression or hormonal. Please see your doctor to find out. He/she may help you to gradually re-set your sleep cycle. If depressed, a clinical psychologist can help. Peace and good health.
