As above: Medication works only percent of time , therapy alone 35 percent med and therapy can work 85 percent. See a therapist.

MBCT: Mindfulness based cognitive therapy has been very helpful is preventing recurrent depression. This approach includes meditation and cognitive focus on depressive beliefs. However your relationship with a good therapist is of utmost importance, this combined with medication and therapy.
