Got an ear ache for a few days, should i go to urgent care?

Probably: Other symptoms of an ear infection are hearing loss, pressure, fever, associated with a cold. There are other causes of ear pain not related to the ear: dental problems, jaw pain, throat pain. Ear infections do not necessarily need antibiotics but then should be followed closely by a medical provider to make sure there are no complications.
