Difficult to say -: without an exam it is hard to say - your symptoms could be related to allergies, sinus infection, viral infection, ear infection, strep throat... to just name a few causes. It would be best to have a physician examine you to determine if you need any rx treatment. For symptomatic care, you can continue your zyrtec and take motrin or tylenol (acetaminophen) for the headache pain (if you have no rx allergies)
