Throat pain: Throat pain could be from any of the structures in the throat. It could be from infection. It could be muscle spasm or strain. It could be from acid reflux irritating the lining of your throat. There are a couple if lesser known conditions where a normal ligament from your skull base becomes bone and causes pain...Eagle's syndrome. Could be the carotid...Carotidynia. See your dr to help!
