By the making the: Decision to get over it & then by making a commitment to get over it. Encourage you to work w a therapist. Cognitive behavioral therapy could be an excellent choice. Work aggressively in your treatment. Combine this with 8 hours of sleep per night, daily physical activity, eating healthfully, time outdoors, adequate hydration & an adjunct like acupuncture, tai chi or deep breathing exercises.
