NO: A breast lump needs professional evaluation by a health care provider. If it was determined to be ok and if it is sore sometimes ice pack may reduce its pain. But don't place icy hot directly on skin. Please don't forget a breast lump may be cancerous, though mjority are not, a health care professional needs to determine that.

Not yet.: At your age, the odds are any lump is benign. But, do not treat it until there is a diagnosis. Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical, and if appropriate, additional imaging with ultrasound and perhaps mammography. Given your age, us first may be useful, since if the lump is really a simple cyst, a mammogram may not be necessary. Then discuss proper treatment.
