GYN: You must go to gyn- could be fibroadenomas ( not cancer) which respond to dietary changes but please do not take a chance.

Breast lumps: Breast lumps are concerning. Doesn't mean cancer, but they deserve examination by a doc. Fibrocystic breast is fairly common, non-malignant condition associated with lumpy breast. Caffeine and periods make it worse. Again, i suggest you see a doc and have an exam done.
