Wrist fracture in : The presence of preexisting carpal tunnel must be observed closely for increase in numbness, tingling and pain and at times emergent release of the carpal tunnel is needed even if the fracture itself doesnt need surgery for its treatment. A hand surgeon can help with these decisions.
