Would a brain tumor cause one little symptom only?

Certainly...: Depending on where it's located, how big it is, and if it's causing swelling. Tumors in the brain can be present without any symptoms at all.

Brain tumor: The symptoms are based on the size of the tumor and how much compression or invasion of normal tissue has occurred so one one little symptom can occur early on but most brain tumors at time of presentation have more than just one finding.
