Yes.: Your medical records belong to you. Contact the radiology department where your MRI was performed / interpreted and request a copy of the report. They can also provide you with either digital or paper pictures of key images from the study.

CD: These days, radiology departments and practices make digital images, and provide patients with digital copies on a cd-rom. You should certainly be able to obtain copies of any of your own medical images on request, and they will provide them on a cd. "printouts" just are not done anymore.
