Weight-training: You can only buy nutritional supplements such as protein powder to increase muscle size, and you can't increase size without resistance (weight) training. Heavier weights, shorter reps will increase muscle size, along with adequate pre and post-exercise nutrition (more carbs before, some carbs with protein after). Creatine may increase size, but it's mostly due to increased water retention.
