Not true!: If you do not exercise properly, you can limit range of motion of your joints. But strength is good. Muscle also increases your metabolic rate. Take a look at gymnasts-very large muscles with extreme mobility and flexibility. Gaining muscle should not be a "fetish." i was a competitive weightlifter. I am not enamoured with "bodybuilders.".
