See a nutritionist: Structured weight loss is very difficult. Weight watchers works well, but remember it is a longterm or even a lifetime commitment. Problems with most diets is that people follow a diet for a short while, then stop and back goes the weight. Successful weight loss is a whole new way of life and requires structured calorie count together with a sensitive exercise schedule.

Balanced lifestyle: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
