Good4general health: Think you are 2" taller than you really are-you'll stand up straighter, put your spine into better alignment, open up your chest, tighten your abs (core) which take stress off your back, neck. Your spine will thank you over time.

Not if you have : No issues with your back but if you start to develop back symptoms correct posture will help to minimize the loads through the affected areas. Being overweight, not exercising and smoking are real risk factors.
