Longer Spine: Making your spine longer is unfortunately not possible; improving posture and standing up straighter (making you look taller!) is possible with good/consistent flexibility and strengthening exercises. Do not forget to stretch the anterior hip and pelvis junction, as drawing the pelvis 'forward' due to hip arthritis will lead to forward posture (and shorter stance). Called 'hip flexion contracture'.
