It depends: As long as you r not uncomfortable, nauseated, bloated, and with any abdominal discomfort its ok. You see there are a lot of factors involved including your dietary habbits, your work schedule, physical activity level and not drinking enough fluids. Some people just have slow motility of bowel. Remember to add a daily fiber supplement to your diet, which may improve your bowel habbits too.
