Are you referring to: Borderline personality disorder or bipolar disorder? Rather then self- diagnosis, a good psychological/ psychiatric evaluation can give you the information you desire. A treatment plan can also be provided.

BPD: Go to a psychiatrist for a full evaluation for BPD, and whatever else that may be troubling you. It's best not to diagnose yourself with anything, especially something as serious as a personality disorder. That being said, I would fully encourage you to tell the psychiatrist why you think that diagnosis fits.
