Laugh: Probably nothing to worry about. Interestingly enough, i've read that women's voice changes throughout their menstrual cycle and it's hormone regulated. I don't know whether this is a one time observation of pitch change or more long term. Other things to consider would be - upper respiratory infections coinciding with the change in pitch. If you suffer from acid reflux, you may have changes too.
