Hi, Ike!: This is an unusual association. I'm not sure about the noise exposure or laughter, but there is a condition known as exercise-induced urticaria..one is actually allergic to exercise! It probably relates to vasoactive (blood vessel affecting) substances, released with exercise (and maybe with other stimulants such as laughter, etc), causing itching, hives and redness. Treatment is available:)
