Generally good: Prognosis in osteosarcoma depends on a few things 1) presence of metastasis 2) complete surgical removal 3) pathologic response to chemotherapy assuming this is non-metastatic, the patient gets appropriate osteosarcoma chemotherapy and this is completely removed there is about a 70% chance of overall survival.
