Diagnosis?: Pcos is almost never a cause of pelvic pain, so if you have pcos it is an incidental finding to the pain. Your description also sounds unlikely for a pelvic cause of pain. I also wouldn't give pain meds either without knowing what's wrong. Discuss with your doctor: if he's unhelpful, get a second opinion.
