I have two cyst on my ovaries and my doc gave me ultram as needed but it makes me really sick and sad. is there another pain med she can give me?

Sure there are: Many people do fine with ultram (tramadol) but some people feel strange on it or get some unusual effects. The doctor can prescribe a different pain medication. Sometimes a smaller dose of 2 medications will work also, such as a smaller dose of ultram together with a smaller dose of another medication.
