Can't say: Without specifics: what type of medicine used? Insemination with how many total motile sperm? Monitored how? Hcg trigger injection? Other female diagnosis (endometriosis, tubal problems, etc., ...)? In general # of follicles is not a predictor of pregnancy. Prognosis for a 41-year old is always guarded; you really want to talk with your fertility doctor about this question. Good luck!
