I went in for my 3rd iui on 7 july with 4 mature follicles. today, 15 july, my progesterone labs came back at 58.32. this is the highest progesterone level in 2 years of fertility treatment. is there a good chance with that i may be pregnant??

This level can be consistent with pregnancy, but do not confirm it. A pregnancy blood test will confirm whether your hCG is rising. They will probably follow this marker for a few weeks to see if the pregnancy is progressing. Talk to your Dr for any severe abdominal/pelvic pain or bleeding.
