Needs workup: Your condition needs proper work up . The lab data you gave us is important but by and in itself does not tell more . You need to see gastroenterologist and have proper work up including tests for celiac disease , inflammatory bowel diseases like crohn's and ulcerative colitis . You may need colonoscopy . In conclusion , i suggest to see gastroenterologist.

Need colonoscopy : When there is persistent bleeding into the toiler a colonoscopy to look inside and take biopsies is critical for appropriate diagnosis and treatment . Inflammatory bowel disease is a consideration and that is the way to diagnose it.
