Yes: Need to follow up with the doctor who ordered the ultrasound. Blood in the stool is also something that needs to be addressed as well. Go back to the doctor for further care.

Yes: You need further evaluation concerning liver function, blood in the stool. Any history of cirrhosis as rectal varicose can bleed. Need more history of the sickness
