I have what seems like chronic bronchitis. my dr has given me all blood & allergy tests & nothing's indicating what the issue is. what could it be?

Bronchitis: This is an issue that needs to be looked at from the immune side and the pulmonary side, you need a lung function test and a immune evaluation. Ask your doctor if he can recommend an allergist/immunologist in your area.

Smoker?: If you do not use pot or tobacco, the cough may be from something else. Did you have a lung function test done to rule out asthma? Consider seeing a pulmonologist.
