I've had lower right abdomen pain only when bending over or moving around in bed? i've had this pain since for a little more than 24 hours. i have no fever, nausea, or any feeling of unwellness. what could it be?

Unless you can point to a recent strain of the abdominal muscles, I recommend having a physician examine you as appendicitis is the commonest cause of right lower abdominal discomfort, especially if there's associated tenderness in that area.
