I wouldn't say they: are common, but not especially unusual. You list three findings in the kidney...a bit unusual..and I would definitely pursue a kidney evaluation when your acute problem is resolved. But your current symptoms don't especially suggest a kidney cause. Continue to work with the ordering doctor, your primary or Urgent Care/ER provider, for diagnosis and management of your current symptoms. Good wishes
