More info needed. : Small percentage experience vomiting from excruciating severe sciatica. Nsaid gastritis from the listed Ibuprofen may explain the puking. This could also be an infrequent presentation of appendicitis & other disorders of the gastrointestinal, urogynecological, musculoskeletal systems are considered. Infections/abscess can present with no fever. Needs to get seen preferably er if new worsening, .
