Yes...: Too much of anything is not good, espcially over an extended periods of time.
Too much sugar = too much unhealthy calories and thus will increase unhealthy weight, which can cause diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, joint diseases etc....So, moderation is key...Common sense is of utmost importance.

Yes: Sweet ice tea is loaded with sugar so yes it is bad for you. Regular iced tea is not as bad; if you do it without sugar its fine or small amounts. Furthermore all caffeine is dehydrating so if trying to lose weight, this should be decreased and substituted with plain water.
