Probably not: Since you took only a sip, it probably will not affect your bleaching. Did you dentist give you a follow-up home bleaching kit? Just follow the directions the office gave you...And don't sip anymore tea ;).

It can: Recently bleached teeth are more susceptible to staining. This can occur for about a week but your teeth can pick up stain over time dependent on diet, care and habits(smoking). You may want to use a straw to drink colored beverages for less contact to your front teeth.

One sip? Not too bad: Just a sip won't do much - rinse your mouth and brush your teeth and stay away from dark colored stuff until they say it's ok. On a side note, arizona iced tea has a ton of sugar and is really not good for you. Maybe you can learn to like water while your teeth are heeling!

Not a sip!: Things don't stain that easily and certainly not with just a sip. Stay away from coffee, tea, smoking (you should anyway), red wine, cola sodas, blueberries. For how long will depend upon your particular circumstances. Check with your own dentist. That’s one reason why i prefer the take home bleaching in custom trays, so you can always retouch your teeth as needed. Enjoy your new smile.
