A 31-year-old member asked:
is drinking de-caf iced tea with sweet n low any different than drinking water, you think?

Yes.: Anytime you add something to water, your body is going to absorb something other than hydrogen and oxygen.
Decaf iced tea with sweet n low is probably harmless, but it is definitely not just hydrogen and oxygen.

Is all drinking water safe?

Yes, almost always: "drinking water" in the United States is made to be safe. Tap water has to meet safety guidelines but in rare instances, there may be spores in the water that can cause problems in people with very weak immune systems. Bottled water is filtered or distilled, so it is rare for bottled water to be unsafe. Untreated water from wells may have chemicals, minerals, or germs that are unsafe.

Hate Drinking Water: If you hate your tap water then you can use bottled water, flavoured or plain as long as there is no sugar or sugar substitutes and is naturally flavoured.Avoid soda like come, pepsi and others including diet sadas.

Is drinking water good for health?

6-8 glasses a day: Drinking water keeps us hydrated and helps the body filter out wastes & toxins more quickly. Other liquids (juice, milk, etc) contain water, but also have calories & sugars, so too much can make you gain weight. Coffee, teas & sodas with caffeine, and alcohol are diuretics, which actually make us urinate out more water. Drink enough water that your urine looks mostly clear with slight yellow color.
