Be seen: There are many causes of cough and fever, and she needs to be evaluated. Bronchitis or pneumonia, or even whooping cough if she has not been vaccinated.

Croup?: She should be evaluated by a doctor. Barking cough is often associated with swelling in the voice box or breathing tube ( larynx and trachea.) the cause can be viral and bacterial. This should be evaluated asap.
