Some basics: If she is feeding /drinking okay & plays some this is likely minor & can be monitored at home. No specific meds are needed. If she won't play declines feeds and has trouble drinking she is getting into a worrisome pattern. Losing their voice at this age is most often viral. If she just spooks you have her seen.
