It's your call: I've known guys with klinefelter / XXY diagnosed at your age or later. If you have it, or if you have real hypogonadism from some other cause, to accept testosterone replacement for athletics & bone health, but be sure you know you do have a choice. You'll get full male body and sexual development like other guys, including the joys and discomforts of being an adult; most xxy's can't be dads.
