Consult endo or urol: Patient gave age as 100-years-old. If 17 & testes now of adult size might just be delayed puberty. Worth seeing an endocrinologist or pediatric urologist. Should have blood levels of testosterone, luteinizing (lh) & follicular stimulating hormone (fsh) levels checked.
