Good rates, long tim: Fsh will usually stimulate the ovaries very well. The concern is that too many eggs will stimulate and that is why we use a low dose protocol when not doing ivf. The key is patience. It may take 3-4 weeks of injections before the ovulation will occur. If little effect the dose is increased. Sometimes too many eggs will become mature anyway and the cycle will need to be cancelled.
