Took un monitored for 3 cycles and stopped finally got my hormones checked and fsh & test levels were very high can this be the clomid (clomiphene)?

No: Clomid (clomiphene) will not affect fsh levels performed on day 2 or 3. High fsh is a sign of diminished ovarian reserve - lower egg numbers and quality. High testosterone can be a sign of pcos or polycystic ovarian syndrome. See a reproductive endocrinology and infertility (rei) specialist for more detailed testing, and for treatment options.

Fsh: Probably not if the tests were done on day 2-4 of your period and were no yet taking clonus that cycle.
