What did your gyn : Say? Your gyn should have explained that you can see endometrial cells in the pap esp. If you had the pap during a period, if you did not then u should get a pelvic ultrasound to check the endometrial thickness and if too think then an in office hysteroscpy with biopsy, takes 5 minutes at the most when I do them in office, and it would be much more worrisome if they saw atypical endometrial cell.
