Carefully: Be very careful gaining weight deliberately because you may give yourself a lifetime of difficulty losing it. You are just at the age when your metabolism should naturally slow down & you will gain weight anyway. Eat a good amount of fruits & vegetables. Easy on the carbs (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice.) avoid straight sugar or starch. Daily moderate exercise to shape and keep heart safe.
